Shipping Policy

Carriers Available:

UPS Shipping – Orders are currently arriving between 1 to 5 business days once in the hands of UPS but can run longer. We use UPS Ground OR UPS 2-Day depending on which method is picked upon checkout.  UPS Ground is faster for orders within Florida & UPS 2-Day is faster for orders outside of Florida.

Delivery Days

We ship Monday - Wednesday.  This is done currently to ensure maximum product freshness. Weekend deliveries and pickups are not available at this time.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders must be placed by 12PM (Noon) on Mondays & 12PM (Noon) on Wednesdays to be shipped same day. Orders placed after the cut off times will be baked and shipped on the nearest following shipping day (Monday or Wednesday.) 

Shipping Delays

We appreciate your understanding of any delays in shipping as some carriers are still experiencing delays. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping and processing times are separate. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier selected. 

Some orders may be subject to additional verification which can cause slightly longer processing times. In the event your order requires additional verification, our staff will reach out to you via the phone number or email provided on the order. Please be patient as these procedures are put in place to provide an extra measure of security to both you and our business alike.
